Job Description
Analog Circuit Design: Design and develop analog circuits such as voltage regulators,
LDOs, high-speed and general-purpose I/O buffers, PLLs, and clocking circuits.
● Spice Simulation: Conduct comprehensive spice simulations to analyze circuit
performance, including aging, variation, EOS (end-of-stress), and RV (random variation)
coverage.
● RTL/Behavioral Model Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of RTL and behavioral
modeling to effectively integrate analog circuits into digital systems.
● Timing Characterization: Utilize PrimeTime STA and SiliconSmart tools to characterize
the timing behavior of analog circuits and ensure they meet performance requirements.
● Custom Layout: Demonstrate expertise in custom layout design, including floorplanning
and critical/analog layout review.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
● Strong understanding of analog circuit design principles and methodologies.
● Proficiency in analog design tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys Custom Compiler).
● Experience with spice simulation tools (e.g., HSPICE, Spectre).
● Knowledge of timing analysis tools (e.g., PrimeTime).
● Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional
teams.
● Familiar with Intel/TSMC process and design flow is preferred.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
